Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience establishing flexible systems and programmatic approaches to organizational challenges
  • Expert knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles
  • Demonstrated experience with Figma
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics tools
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as heat maps
  • Demonstrated experience connecting design operations to teams working in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing visionary design
  • Proven ability to manage operations in ambiguous situations with diverse partners
  • Ability to understand complex stakeholder requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a mentor or team lead
  • Experience with visual design
  • Expert ability to craft solutions that improve the quality and delivery of design for digital products and services
  • Demonstrated experience managing and building scalable design processes for multiple complex programs and teams in an iterative, fast-paced environment
  • Expert ability to manage cross-functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Experience collaborating with and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and near-term organization, planning, and execution

  • Lead design operations on cross-functional teams to support delivery of digital products and services
  • Create conditions for teams to perform optimally by managing design processes, tools, and business outcomes
  • Coach teams to adopt human-centered and inclusive principles and adaptive systems
