- Possess extensive experience in HV and LV installations, design, and technical drawings.
- Proven capability in managing the design aspect of electrical infrastructure projects at HV and LV levels.
- Experience obtaining DNO and IDNO design approvals across all regions is essential.
- Demonstrated people management skills for leading design teams effectively.
- Ability to assess, onboard, and manage subcontracted resources efficiently.

Day to day
- Ensure seamless design operations for both ICP and EV projects across various disciplines including civils and HV, LV.
- Devise and implement robust design quality standards and review processes.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve the design function in alignment with business growth.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with design regulations and standards for safety and quality.
- Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of the design function to support organizational scalability.
- Manage a team and foster effective collaborations with internal and external design teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
