• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent
• Knowledge of asset management, MECM/SCCM platform, ServiceNow, MS Office suite
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in risk and compliance audits, including tracking, status reporting, artifact collection
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using pivot tables and related tools
• Experience in project management and meeting facilitation
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in guiding and mentoring
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Diplomatic handling of sensitive issues
