Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Working knowledge of asset management, MECM/SCCM platform, ServiceNow, MS Office suite, and other related tools and technologies
• Strong communication and documentation skills for writing technical and end-user documentation
• Experience in supporting and facilitating risk and compliance audits, including progress tracking, status reporting, and artifact collection
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills using pivot tables and other related tools and reporting
• Experience in project management and meeting facilitation
• Strong communication and presentation skills for presenting findings, conclusions, and other information to various audiences
• Experience in guiding and mentoring others
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to hit the ground running
• Diplomatic in exchanging information and addressing sensitive issues
