Requirements
- Professional software development experience with independence from plan to release

Day to day
- Work on open source developer tooling that fits naturally into developers' workflows through agentic IDE integrations, Agent Hooks, and IDE plugins.
- Contribute across the full feature lifecycle, from planning and implementation through release and customer support.
- Strengthen 1Password's open source posture by shipping high-quality code, documentation, tests, and improvements in public repositories.
