Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps SRE or platform engineering
- 2+ years at staff or senior level
- Production infrastructure experience in healthcare fintech or another regulated industry
- Experience with AWS IAM VPC networking KMS CloudWatch and CloudTrail
- Experience with at least 3 AWS services from HealthLake Bedrock Lambda Step Functions ECS Fargate S3 or Clean Rooms
- Production experience with Terraform or AWS CDK
- Experience with regulated IaC practices including drift detection state management module composition and policy as code
- End to end CI/CD pipeline design with blue green or canary deployments
- Experience with observability stacks including logging tracing metrics and dashboards
- HIPAA technical safeguard implementation experience
- Experience with secrets management network segmentation and WAF or Shield configuration
- Experience deploying and monitoring LLM based systems in production
- Comfort working autonomously in early stage environments
- Comfort working with blended internal and outsourced teams
Nice to have
- AWS certified
- FHIR experience
- Bedrock AgentCore familiarity
- AI cost optimization
Day to day
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application code FHIR data services and AI agent deployments across dev staging and production
- Own infrastructure-as-code for regulated AWS services including HealthLake Bedrock Clean Rooms Lambda Step Functions S3 and IAM
- Build and operate observability and alerting with strong focus on agent execution metrics logging tracing latency token usage and errors
