Requirements
- 5–8 years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
- Deep AWS expertise including RDS ECS or EKS Lambda S3 ElastiCache CloudWatch IAM and VPC
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or AWS CDK in production environments
- CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions AWS CodePipeline or equivalent including automated test gates
- Docker and container orchestration at production scale
- Security fundamentals including encryption IAM least privilege and secrets management
- Monitoring and observability experience with centralized logging tracing and alerting at scale
Nice to have
- HIPAA-compliant infrastructure experience
- AWS certifications
- Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
- SOC 2 experience
- Real-time audio infrastructure
Day to day
- Own the reliability security and deployment infrastructure that supports production-scale legal services systems
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines environment management monitoring alerting disaster recovery and cost optimization across the AWS footprint
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and compliance-ready controls for regulated multi-tenant systems processing sensitive client data
