Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role
- Demonstrated problem-solving that identifies the real bottleneck and addresses it holistically
- Strong fluency in agile and DevOps ways of working
- Ability to review refactor and harden prototype or AI-generated code into secure production-grade systems
- Proficiency with scripting and development languages such as Python JavaScript TypeScript Kotlin or Java
- CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Experience with security tooling including dependency scanning SAST DAST and vulnerability management
- Strong API design and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort partnering with non-technical teams to make what they built maintainable

- Find and remove bottlenecks across engineering and the wider business using DevOps and agile thinking

- Create automations and integrations that improve efficiency across Support Onboarding Sales and Engineering
- Design and troubleshoot APIs while strengthening DevSecOps and compliance workflows
