- Strong experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of Git-based workflows
- Terraform using HCL in production environments
- Python for automation and tooling
- Experience with Bash PowerShell or Go
- Strong experience with one or more of AWS Azure or GCP
- Working knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid architectures
- Understanding of identity networking and security in cloud platforms
- Strong Linux experience
- Windows Server experience
- MacOS familiarity for engineering workflows
- Good depth across DNS TCP/IP load balancing firewalls and routing
- VMware experience such as vSphere ESXi or similar
- Understanding of physical infrastructure and data centre environments
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly
- Experience developing and mentoring engineers
