Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Backstage
- Harness highly preferred
- Proficiency in React TypeScript and Python
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures
- Strong knowledge of APIs and microservices
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
- Experience leading platform engineering teams
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes

Day to day
- Drive end-to-end delivery of internal developer platform capabilities from design through build deploy and support
- Lead engineering efforts across Backstage and Harness based platform architecture while enabling self-service developer workflows
- Provide technical leadership across onshore and offshore teams and deliver measurable improvements in productivity and platform utilization
