Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business information systems computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital banking banking technology product/platform management or related financial services roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery including requirements testing UAT change management and release coordination
- Experience with digital banking vendors platforms and related integrations including core banking payments and identity SSO preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with analytics and reporting tools

Day to day
- Develop, customize, integrate, and support digital banking platform solutions that automate internal business workflows for consumer and treasury management services
- Collaborate across business units to design, configure, test, deploy, and improve applications through formal change management and release processes
- Analyze platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and support user adoption while balancing customer experience, security, and compliance
