- 5+ years in digital experience e-commerce SEO or digital product management with measurable impact on organic growth and conversion
- Proven SEO and AEO expertise including technical SEO on-page optimization content strategy link building and search algorithm knowledge
- Strong CRO background with testing programs and measurable conversion rate and revenue improvements
- Technical fluency to work with developers non technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Team leadership experience with ability to coach develop and inspire direct reports
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4 Google Search Console SEO tools and CRO platforms
- Data driven decision maker able to translate complex data into clear actionable strategies
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
