- At least 3 years experience in organisation assessment planning monitoring reviewing and evaluation
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent communication
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate and multimedia software including Adobe Premiere After Effects or Illustrator
- Familiarity with uploading testing and managing content on LMS platforms like Moodle Totara or Canvas
- Understanding of e-learning interoperability standards including SCORM xAPI and Tin Can
- Exceptional written communication project management and the ability to simplify complex concepts
Day to day
- Create engaging accessible online training and educational experiences for marginalised communities.
- Design interactive learning journeys using pedagogical frameworks and measurable outcomes.
- Produce high quality multimedia content and collaborate closely with educators technical teams and business leaders.
