  • Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
  • Stay informed about luxury travel trends emerging villa destinations and unique villa experiences to provide clients with the most relevant and captivating recommendations
  • Collect payments and resolve travel issues complaints and refunds
