Who you are
- Digital Product Experience
- Digital Marketing experience
- Experience of digital product design, user experience (UX), usability, and accessibility
- Experience of commissioning insight and interpreting it to understand trends and customer needs
- Project management expertise
- Proven experience of working effectively with external partners
- Experience of meeting deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high accuracy levels and confidentiality
- High level of information technology proficiency
- Proven experience of working with insight, case studies, product testing, implementation, and delivery
- Confident working with statistics and KPIs
What the job involves
- Assisting with the creation, delivery, and maintenance of digital products within the Technology portfolio.
- Ensuring digital products meet the needs of people with a vision impairment by using insight from subject matter experts, external partners, and service users.
- Implementing and managing a digital community platform.
