Digital Product Experience
Digital Marketing experience
Experience of digital product design, user experience (UX), usability, and accessibility
Experience of commissioning insight and interpreting it to understand trends and customer needs
Project management expertise
Proven experience of working effectively with external partners
Experience of meeting deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high accuracy levels and confidentiality
High level of information technology proficiency
Proven experience of working with insight, case studies, product testing, implementation, and delivery
Confident working with statistics and KPIs
What the job involves
Assisting with the creation, delivery, and maintenance of digital products within the Technology portfolio.
Ensuring digital products meet the needs of people with a vision impairment by using insight from subject matter experts, external partners, and service users.
Implementing and managing a digital community platform.
