Day to day
- Serve as the voice of the customer by understanding user needs workflows pain points and outcomes through interviews observation usability testing and ongoing engagement
- Drive product discovery with customers Product Management Design Engineering Sales Support and Customer Success to identify opportunities validate assumptions and shape product direction
- Use AI-powered tools and product analytics to accelerate research ideation prototyping requirements creation decision-making and continuous improvement
