  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 guidelines and digital accessibility best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience and a commitment to providing excellent stakeholder support
  • Sitecore Experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Knowledge of web development and design principles
  • Experience using ticketing systems

Day to day

  • Manage and publish content across digital platforms ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute content strategies
  • Ensure digital accessibility and compliance with established guidelines
