Day to day
- Own and iterate detailed product requirements for sign-in account creation identity verification MFA account recovery consent and account management flows
- Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into clear user stories acceptance criteria and delivery plans while coordinating with engineering design security operations and agency teams
- Use analytics research support trends and user feedback to identify issues recommend improvements and help ensure the service is secure usable scalable and sustainable
- Drive agency adoption onboarding launch readiness and document product decisions tradeoffs risks and dependencies
