Who you are
Experience in training support or solutions-based roles
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365 Salesforce or similar CRM Learning Management Systems data visualisation tools and video capture tools
Fluent in spoken and written English
Understanding of data integration data security and coaching customers through different workflows
Ability to absorb product information and maintain extensive product knowledge
Strong listening skills for establishing relationships and gaining trust of customers
Identify core customer issues and develop aligned plans or resolutions
Educated to graduate level or significant work experience
Current valid drivers' license
