What the job involves

• The Transformation Leader is a dynamic role that will help lead and implement Automation Innovation and Digital Transformation initiatives within the SEIGA Design team. This role will interface with global team members and stakeholders across Eastman's various organizations. The leader will be at the forefront of integrating data-centric engineering tools and approaches, exploring mobility solutions, adopting emerging technologies, and driving process optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for diverse clients. Define and execute system architecture for engineering design tools and platforms. Conduct analyses to understand stakeholder scope and requirements, translating these into actionable plans. Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. Develop comprehensive project plans covering all initiative aspects from inception to completion.
• Develop and communicate business value propositions for automation and digital transformation initiatives. Design and optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of transformation initiatives. Identify, vet, and pilot technologies. Provide technical support and guidance. Embrace continuous improvement mentality. Identify, quantify, and manage risk. Capture, analyze, and share lessons. Stay updated on latest trends and technologies. Identify and develop key metrics to measure status and success criteria.
