Requirements
- 5+ years writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram specifically
- Personal experience on accounts with $500K+ in tracked Meta ad spend
- Portfolio of real ads personally written and verifiable in the Meta Ads Library
- Performance data available for ads such as CTR CPA ROAS or revenue attributed
- Deep fluency in hooks mechanisms objections proof and buyer psychology
- Experience in info-product coaching online education agency-services or ecommerce
- Able to write multiple complete ad scripts in a single session
- Highly fluent in English at native or near-native level
- Can execute an angle brief without repeated explanation

Day to day
- Write direct-response Facebook and Instagram ad scripts that stop the scroll and drive clicks
- Turn creative briefs and strategic angles into finished ad copy including hooks body copy and CTAs
- Produce UGC-style scripts static ad copy short-form variants and landing page support as needed
- Work in a fast-paced testing environment where volume iteration and speed matter more than polished brand copy
Hiring process
