  • A portfolio of real ads you personally wrote that actually ran in a paid account
  • Deep understanding of hooks mechanisms objections proof and buyer psychology
  • Experience in info-product coaching online education agency-services or ecommerce
  • Ability to write fast and ship multiple complete ad scripts in a single session
  • Highly fluent in English native or near-native level
  • Ability to take an angle brief and execute without needing the concept explained repeatedly

Day to day

  • Write complete Facebook and Instagram ad scripts from creative briefs with hook body and CTA
  • Produce multiple angle variations per brief for testing and iterate quickly on underperforming copy based on performance data
  • Write UGC scripts for on-camera talent static ad copy and landing page or funnel copy support as needed

Hiring process

  • Step 1 — Portfolio (required) Share 3 Facebook or Instagram ads you personally wrote that ran in a paid account. For each one tell us the brand and offer type what the hook was trying to do and any performance data you have (CTR CPA ROAS revenue). Links screenshots or a Google Doc are all fine.
