- 5+ years writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram specifically
- Personal experience on accounts with $500K+ in tracked Meta ad spend
- A portfolio of real ads personally written and verifiable in the Meta Ads Library with performance data
- Deep fluency in hooks mechanisms objections proof and buyer psychology
- Experience in info-product coaching online education agency-services or ecommerce
- Ability to write multiple complete ad scripts in a single working session
- Highly fluent in English native or near-native level
- Ability to execute an angle brief without needing repeated explanation

Day to day
- Write complete Facebook and Instagram ad scripts from creative briefs including hook body and CTA
- Produce multiple angle variations for testing and iterate quickly on underperforming copy based on performance data
- Write UGC scripts static ad copy and short-form variants for on-camera talent and funnel support as needed
Hiring process
