Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Preferably master's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Experience with process improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Experience implementing new business models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- In depth knowledge of operational management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong effective relationships
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible and accept new responsibilities

Day to day
- Oversees internal operations for Clinical Operations Americas and serves as a trusted partner to the Americas Clinical Operations Head.
- Leads finance and resource management activities including forecasting budgets reviewing metrics and coordinating resource deployment across the region.
- Drives operational excellence through process improvement innovation and effective communication across leadership teams and global stakeholders.
