Day to day
- Own the master consolidated forecast model and manage critical supporting data schedules for enterprise planning.
- Lead advanced budgeting rolling forecasts and long-range strategic planning with strong modeling rigor.
- Provide strategic finance support on growth margin expansion capital allocation and M&A or restructuring decisions.
- Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to translate KPIs into actionable financial insights.
- Drive process improvements automation and cross-functional alignment to strengthen finance operating model and reduce key-person risk.
