Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven track record leading engineering organizations of 15 to 20+ people
- Deep expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS
- Early-stage startup experience highly preferred
- Strong background in shipping and maintaining AI-powered products in production environments
- Experience designing and deploying agentic systems AI workflows or LLM-powered applications at scale
- Demonstrated leader and mentor for multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Exceptional communicator able to influence technical and business stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive rapid execution

Day to day
- Own and evolve core AI-focused product areas including Claims Control Tower and Billing
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of 16 to 18 engineers across ML SWE and data analytics
- Define technical vision and architecture for an agentic platform that improves customer experience and operational efficiency
- Champion engineering excellence through code reviews architectural oversight and occasional hands-on contributions
- Partner with Product Design and Delivery to align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and ship high-impact features
- Act as a strategic technical partner to go-to-market stakeholders translating business goals into scalable engineering plans
- Foster a culture of ownership accountability and continuous growth as the engineering organization scales
