Day to day
- Build Harmonic's first US engineering function from the ground up, including the initial East Coast team and its operating model
- Hire and coach engineers across customer engineering, platform, and product delivery while keeping the US and UK teams tightly aligned
- Make credible technical decisions early, shape hiring standards, and establish the rhythms that help a distributed engineering organization ship effectively
