Requirements
- 10 or more years in software engineering
- 5 or more years in engineering leadership at a SaaS product company
- Direct experience building and shipping AI enabled products in production
- Cloud native SaaS architecture experience
- Azure experience preferred
- Comfortable in C# or .NET
- MongoDB or document database experience is a plus
- Strong customer and product orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with distributed and cross functional teams
- MEP fabrication or construction technology experience is a strong plus

Day to day
- Lead product focused engineering teams delivering the Stratus roadmap and shipping solutions customers depend on
- Partner with Product, Data, Customer Success, and the CTO to translate real workflow problems into reliable platform and AI capabilities
- Own engineering delivery standards, architecture partnership, and AI era engineering culture across a distributed team
