Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of communications experience in external corporate executive change and employee engagement communications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience or experience leading complex matrixed teams
  • Proven ability to counsel corporate executives and internal partners with consistent messaging
  • Strong storytelling and writing editing skills across multiple media and channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • High attention to detail and strong business acumen in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Fluency and use of GenAI in day-to-day communications work

Day to day

  • Develop and execute integrated employee and executive communication strategies that inspire engagement and support business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive messaging, thought leadership and change communications across multiple channels.
  • Create polished, visually compelling materials such as speeches, presentations, intranet content, briefing documents and enterprise-wide communications.
  • Measure communication effectiveness, track progress and improve strategies using insights and data.
