Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Finance or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in large Medical Group Revenue Cycle operations
- Experience operating large PFS shops with multiple facilities or clients
- Background in provider or services firm with nearshore or offshore component
- Advanced proficiency in Epic and data reporting tools including Excel and Tableau
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence collaborate and drive change at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Prior third-party Managed Services or consulting experience is a plus

Day to day
- Lead day-to-day AR and back-office operations for US and Mexico managed services teams
- Resolve complex insurance denials and underpayments while reducing aged receivables and improving cash flow
- Own AR Resolution AI solutions and partner across revenue cycle teams to drive process improvements and client outcomes
