Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years in software engineering or related technical roles
- 5+ years in leadership roles at director or senior manager level preferred
- Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong background in software development systems architecture and cloud technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies continuous integration and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking skills

Day to day
- Lead multiple engineering teams and align their output with company strategy and business goals.
