Requirements
- 10+ years of overall engineering experience
- At least 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Director role leading multi-person technical teams
- Hands-on background building software and leading projects earlier in your career
- Strong people leadership coaching and talent development skills
- Working understanding of modern software development cloud platforms and AI-assisted engineering practices
- Extremely strong AI and agentic development skills
- Experience managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams
- Fluency with engineering metrics and data-informed delivery management
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Consulting mindset with client-facing experience
- Strong focus on team and talent development
- Practical hands-on skills in leading the design and delivery of AI/ML systems including agentic architectures LLM integration and production deployment on modern cloud platforms

Day to day
- Lead and grow a geographically aligned engineering organization with direct ownership of regional delivery and P&L
- Coach engineering managers and senior individual contributors while building the next layer of technical leadership
- Champion AI-forward engineering practices and guide teams in using modern tools to ship production-ready software and AI/ML systems
- Partner closely with sales and practice leaders to staff client work, improve delivery performance, and maintain engineering excellence
