Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 4+ years leading engineering organisations including managers or function leads
- Proven track record shipping production software on a predictable cadence across multiple teams
- Strong command of modern cloud infrastructure AWS and/or GCP and DevOps practices
- Experience owning security posture and compliance such as SOC2 or equivalent
- Experience operating within a structured delivery system with capacity planning and defined standards
- Experience hiring coaching levelling and retaining strong engineers
- Clear executive-level communication skills

Day to day
- Own the build-and-run heart of the technology function across Software Cloud & Security and Internal IT.
