Day to day

  • Lead and develop Engineering Managers across multiple teams, setting clear direction and elevating leadership capability.
  • Drive predictable delivery of high-impact business outcomes while maintaining strong quality, ownership, and urgency.
  • Partner with Product on discovery, roadmaps, tradeoffs, and prioritization to turn complex business needs into scalable solutions.
