- Strong understanding of law firm workflows and platforms
- Practical experience implementing technology or process improvements
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI strategy in legal or professional services

- Experience with tools like iManage Microsoft 365 and legal AI platforms
- Background in professional services legal operations or a JD/CPA preferred
- Technology deployment and project management experience preferred

Day to day
- Lead the firm’s legal technology and AI innovation strategy to improve client outcomes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and legal technologies while advising leadership on investments, risks, and adoption approaches.
- Partner across legal, IT, operations, and vendors to optimize workflows, drive change management, and measure impact through performance metrics.
