Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in operations nonprofit leadership or organizational management
- Proven ability to build and manage systems teams and processes
- Strong financial literacy including budgeting reporting and planning
- Experience working in a mission-driven or faith-based organization
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Requires reliable access to a workspace free from significant interruptions or hazards
- Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings conferences or events
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a work vehicle when requested
- Ability to work prolonged periods at a computer and in virtual meetings
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Agreement and adherence to Revoice’s Statement of Faith and Sexual Ethics & Christian Obedience
Day to day
- Lead organizational operations and systems to turn strategy into clear action
- Coordinate priorities timelines and cross-team execution so projects are completed effectively
- Oversee budgeting financial reporting conference logistics compliance and technology systems
- Partner closely with executive leadership to improve alignment accountability and organizational performance
