Requirements
- 8-12 years in product design
- At least 3 years leading design teams
- Portfolio showing systems thinking interaction design and craft across complex digital products
- Experience building or maturing a design system
- Track record of influencing roadmap and priorities across Product Engineering and Curriculum
- Fluent with AI tools in workflow
- Clear direct communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Day to day
- Lead and grow a senior product design team with a strong bar for craft and feedback.
- Own the platform design vision across teacher student and administrator experiences and shape a coherent product experience.
- Evolve the design system and partner closely with Product Engineering and Curriculum to deliver intuitive high-impact learning tools.
