Requirements

  • 5+ years in theme park museum or attraction operations
  • Experience leading cross-functional programming efforts with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience opening new locations and working across multiple locations
  • Ability to partner collaboratively across diverse disciplines and lead strategy planning and execution
  • Ability to lead motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Minimum 2 years of project or process management or event planning experience
  • Experience with programmatic evaluation
  • Good judgment in difficult management situations
  • Ability to stay composed in emergencies and difficult customer interactions

Day to day

  • Lead cross-exhibition programming and activations that boost repeat visitation and ticket sales
  • Develop standards and processes for guest engagement food and beverage and merchandise programming
  • Partner with curators operations marketing product engineering and data teams to plan execute and evaluate themed experiences
  • Manage budgets milestones schedules and performance metrics to improve reach spending and guest satisfaction
