Requirements
- Seven plus years of progressive agency recruiting experience within healthcare
- Three years of direct management experience in a corporate setting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems sourcing platforms social media and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
Day to day
- Define and execute recruiting delivery strategy across active client search assignments.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting support staff while owning performance and growth.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness to meet hiring goals and staffing needs.
