- Multi-country HR compliance experience across at least 3 jurisdictions
- Hands-on knowledge of statutory employment requirements works council obligations and country-specific policy management
- Experience managing HR systems and vendor relationships including SLA accountability and implementations
- Ability to translate strategy into execution with governance and accountability structures
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills across Finance IT Legal and business stakeholders
- Track record driving AI adoption with automation workflows and AI-powered HR systems
- Strong executive communication skills with polished leadership materials dashboards and reporting
