Requirements
- 10+ years in product management within healthcare with diagnostics experience preferred.
- Experience in oncology diagnostics strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Bioengineering Biology or related field.
- Prior success launching and managing lifecycles for LDT and IVD products.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous startup environments.

- MBA
- International marketing experience
- Institutional marketing experience
Day to day
- Define and execute the global product strategy for a diagnostic portfolio across early concept to commercial launch.
- Translate complex scientific capabilities into clear product requirements and guide lifecycle decisions from development through commercialization.
- Work across R&D clinical regulatory compliance marketing sales and commercial operations to launch products support training and identify expansion opportunities.
