Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years directly managing and developing product managers
- Experience owning data analytics or business intelligence products at enterprise scale
- Strong technical acumen with cloud data platforms BI tools data modeling pipelines and governance
- Ability to build credibility with engineers data scientists and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead change in large global organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Day to day
- Lead the Data Solutions product portfolio, including central data repositories, enterprise reporting, KPI management, and analytics tools.
- Define and execute a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap that improves data quality, trust, adoption, and business impact across the enterprise.
- Partner closely with data engineering, data science, architecture, governance, finance, and operations to deliver scalable products that support advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
