Who you are
- PhD (or equivalent) in chemistry, biology or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years post-PhD or 15 years post-Master's experience
- Experience in project management for non-clinical drug discovery projects
- Effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
- Prior experience with CRO / CRDMO organizations
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to travel 20%, domestically and internationally
