  • Minimum 10 years post-PhD or 15 years post-Master's experience
  • Experience in project management for non-clinical drug discovery projects
  • Effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
  • Prior experience with CRO / CRDMO organizations
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel 20%, domestically and internationally
