Requirements
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting Sales Engineering Solutions Architecture or similar customer-facing roles
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams in SaaS or financial technology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering business finance accounting or related field
- Proficiency in IdP HRIS and/or ERP solutions
- Expertise in accounting systems controllership needs and finance/accounting workflows preferred
- Exceptional communication organizational and project management abilities
- Strong skills in engineering system design and technical specification writing
- A proactive adaptable mindset in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team driving results and fostering a collaborative culture

Day to day
- Lead and own Ramp’s post-sales Technical Consultant organization, driving onboarding, activation, and ongoing customer success.
- Guide a high-performing team through complex technical implementations, integration workflows, and advanced accounting or ERP-related work.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Partners to improve adoption, renewals, expansion, and technical strategy.
