Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in emergency management disaster response disaster recovery public safety military operations incident management emergency communications or related field
- 2+ years actual response experience in incident management emergency operations or emergency operations functions across multiple teams and tactical operations
- 2+ years managing multiple priorities in dynamic time-sensitive environments with strong communications organizational and immediate problem-solving skills
- 2+ years producing reports plans briefings documentation or decision-support products
- Completion of FEMA NIMS ICS 100 200 700 800
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Successful MVR check
- Willing and able to travel on short notice including national deployment evenings and weekends

Day to day
- Support all-hazards disaster response and recovery operations in dynamic incident environments
- Coordinate tactical operations across Incident Command Operations Logistics Planning and Finance teams to meet incident objectives
- Prepare situational reports operational updates executive summaries and incident documentation while maintaining situational awareness and stakeholder communication
