- Strong understanding of trust and safety operations content moderation abuse reporting and takedown processes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills across multiple partners and workstreams
- Clear communication skills for operational and technical topics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Salesforce JIRA or Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Manage strategic partnerships with social networks registrars and hosting providers to strengthen takedown and disruption capabilities.
- Handle partner communications track SLAs and resolve escalations with speed and precision.
- Work across Product Engineering Customer Success and Legal to improve workflows surface partner feedback and support platform integrations.
- Monitor partnership metrics report performance trends and help refine processes for scam impersonation and brand infringement remediation.
