  • Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Salesforce JIRA or Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day

  • Manage strategic partnerships with social networks registrars and hosting providers to strengthen takedown and disruption capabilities.
  • Handle partner communications track SLAs and resolve escalations with speed and precision.
  • Work across Product Engineering Customer Success and Legal to improve workflows surface partner feedback and support platform integrations.
  • Monitor partnership metrics report performance trends and help refine processes for scam impersonation and brand infringement remediation.
