Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience ideally in senior living healthcare or hospitality
- Proven success managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs
- Strong communication relationship-building and project management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms onboarding systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in senior living is a plus

Day to day
- Lead and coordinate onboarding programs across multiple senior living communities
- Deliver a seamless and engaging experience from job offer acceptance through early integration
- Facilitate orientations departmental introductions and community walkthroughs while adapting content to each brand's standards values and expectations
- Partner with HR divisional leadership hiring managers and community teams to support new hires and strengthen employee engagement
- Track onboarding progress gather feedback analyze metrics and improve the onboarding journey across communities
Hiring process

- Background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy
- Fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 screening may be required
