Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience ideally in senior living healthcare or hospitality
  • Proven success managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs
  • Strong communication relationship-building and project management skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms onboarding systems and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in senior living is a plus

Day to day

  • Lead and coordinate onboarding programs across multiple senior living communities
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging experience from job offer acceptance through early integration
  • Facilitate orientations departmental introductions and community walkthroughs while adapting content to each brand's standards values and expectations
  • Partner with HR divisional leadership hiring managers and community teams to support new hires and strengthen employee engagement
  • Track onboarding progress gather feedback analyze metrics and improve the onboarding journey across communities
