Day to day
- Organizes and supports donation case workflows to keep referrals moving smoothly across hospitals recovery teams and partner agencies.
- Collects reviews and enters medical and social information while coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders to support compliant donation decisions.
- Guides families and partners through authorization follow up transportation and case closure with professionalism accuracy and compassion.
