What the job involves
- Model and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for finance and accounting functions
- Model the company's processes and data for all business operations from order to cash procure-to-payment recording and reporting
- Provide quality solutions to end users including design development integration data migration documentation
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to provide solution recommendations
- Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 team to test and promote solutions
- Validate and implement Dynamics 365 F&O features and modules
- Design and implement custom features as needed
- Define test cases and test scenarios to validate solutions
- Validate security and access permissions
- Implement integrations with other third-party applications
- Create data migration and integration mappings
- Apply agile project management approaches
- Define and customize reports and dashboards
- Train users document and provide level 2/3 technical support
