Day to day
- Managing support for three partners and up to six EAs
- Providing extensive calendar management support and logistics, including liaising with clients to arrange meetings
- Offering support for travel arrangements and managing the time and expense process
- Performing line management, mentorship, and coaching to a small team of Executive Assistants
- Arranging meeting rooms, catering, hospitality, and restaurant bookings for meetings
- Supporting the Partners in running and managing their business unit
- Conducting event management for away days, offsites, workshops, and team-building events
- Assisting with EA recruitment, interviewing candidates, and providing feedback and assessments.
